000 ABPZ20 KNHC 271724 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1000 AM PST Wed Nov 27 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: A broad non-tropical area of low pressure is producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms from northwestern Mexico southwestward across the Baja California peninsula and over the eastern Pacific for several hundred miles. Although this system is not expected to become a tropical cyclone, it will likely produce heavy rains and strong winds over portions of the Baja California peninsula, the Gulf of California, and northwestern Mexico through early Thursday.
