000 ABPZ20 KNHC 281152 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 400 AM PST Thu Nov 28 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: A non-tropical area of low pressure is moving inland over portions of the Baja California peninsula and northwestern mainland Mexico. This system is not expected to become a tropical cyclone. However, associated locally heavy rains and gusty winds are possible over portions of the Baja California peninsula, the Gulf of California, and northwestern Mexico through this morning. 000 ABPZ20 KNHC 280500 TWOEP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1000 PM PST Wed Nov 27 2019 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: A non-tropical area of low pressure approaching the south-central portion of the Baja California peninsula is producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms from northwestern Mexico southwestward to near the southern tip of Baja California. Although this system is not expected to become a tropical cyclone, it will continue produce heavy rains and gusty winds over portions of the Baja California peninsula, the Gulf of California, and northwestern Mexico through early Thursday.
