Uploading ESA HQ produced still images and videos on the eZ ESA as well as on the ESA cha1U1els on Corporate social media Flicker, YouTube to be defined, etc. Taking care of all requests for copyright clearance for the use of still images produced and distributed by ESA ESA interna requests, in particular for the needs of the Communication Department and Directorates Externa professional requests such as media, publishers, etc. Applying ESAs copyright policy for still images Support an Services in the field of Outreach and Country Desks Preparation, update and follow up of the production of standard material for the different events image and video selection on DVDs, ESA fact sheets, ESA General Presentation etc. Image resize and upload through ESA web publishing system eZ, for ESA internet and intranet needs Video and photo reporter for ESA HQ Outreach Officerelated requests Services in the field of the HQ Communication Office Providing backup on handling of journalists interview requests Providing backup for handling and publication of daily ESA press clippings.
