Position Reference 033 You will have the opportunity to provide engineering support to the Image Navigation and Registration Team at our clients premises. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Contributing to existing and future programmes in the development of INR data processing systems, in particular Support the development procurement of the INR data processing systems Support software implementations and modification in delivered INR data processing software Support the verification and validation of INR data processing systems, and their initial operations phase Supporting the investigation and correction of anomalies related to the performance of INR data processing systems Developing and documenting prototype software validating INR algorithms andor realising INR processing concepts for future programmes, in particular for highaccuracy processing of instrument data from 3axis stabilised platforms Supporting the generation of proxydata for INR prototyping or for verificationvalidation of INR data processing systems Develop the inhouse knowledge base related to Image Navigation and Registration INR algorithms and the related software implementations as well as highaccuracy level 1 processing from instruments on GEO and LEO orbits Participation and contributions to formal reviews andor technical meetings. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline You have an extensive theoretical knowledge of Level 1 data processing algorithms for Image Navigation and Registration, and geometric correction You have sound expertise in software development and proven experience in at least one coding language, preferable CC, in a UNIXLINUX environment. You are familiar with at least one tool to support algorithm software development and rapid prototyping, e.g. MATLAB, IDL, Python You have handson experience in the design and implementation of estimation filters e.g. Kalman or Leastsquare filters, preferably in an Image Navigation and Registration application context You have a sound experience in the specification, prototyping, implementation, verification and validation of complex, realtime Level 1 data processing systems for imaging andor sounding instruments on remote sensing spacecraft You have a thorough understanding of the interaction between instrumentplatform characteristics and processing impact, including product quality You have experience in the development of INR processing systems preferable for large multiinstrument operational space programmes The following skills would be highly desirable You have a good knowledge of imaging andor sounding instrumentation for remote sensing spacecraft. De librairies de Qualit Image radiomtriques et gomtriques Pour se faire, il devra Mettre en place lenvironnement de dveloppement de cette chane GIT, intgration continue participer la spcification des interfaces externesinternes et au design de la chane dvelopper ou adapter les traitements radiomtriquesgomtriques, et autres fonctions de la chane Matlab, Python.
