In our commercial unit in Madrid we are now hiring for the following position Cyber L2 Maintenance Engineer Reference No. 2752019 Your Mission As a core team member of the Galileo Service Operator GSOp, DLR GfR mbH operates and manages the constellation of Galileo satellites from the Galileo Control Center in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany GCCD. As a Cyber L2 Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for working on maintenance activities for the Galileo environments, with a particular focus on the GNSS Service Centre in Madrid. YOUR TASKS The MCAT Mission Control Applications and Tools Team is responsible for the maintenance and evolution of all Satellite and Ground Segment MC applications and tools including MC kernel, MC archive, Flight Dynamics, Mission Planning functions and the MCrelated tools. Within EUMETSAT the Mission Control Applications and Tools MCAT Team is responsible for accomplishing the following principal tasks Software engineering and software maintenance of multimission and missionspecific Mission Control Applications and Tools for GEO and LEO missions.
