We are looking for you as L2L3 MAINTENANCE SENIOR CONSULTANT MF Are you looking for a new and interesting activity in an outstanding project in the area of satellite navigation? This could be your field of responsibility Define a suitable endtoend hardware and software maintenance concept for the Galileo Ground Segment Define a Service Catalogue taking into account applicable key performance indicators, service level agreement schemes and security requirements of the program Define the processes and interfaces for software system handovers between system evolution provider and maintenance provider Provide guidance on best practices for ILS, Maintenance and Segment Engineering activities Contribute to the Tool Utilization Plan Define the L2L3 maintenance environment. Work in close cooperation with the ILS and Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Team Your profile requires At least 10 years of experience in the field of hardware and software maintenance, defining concepts and working in a multinational framework Advanced knowledge of navigation ground segments such as Egnos or Galileo Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices of information technology Practical handson knowledge of distributed realtime computing system architecture and design Knowledge of integrated logistics support activities, such as reliability engineering, maintainability engineering, maintenance and logistics Knowledge of software configuration management, virtualized environments, automation of release testing and deployment Knowledge of ITIL standard English is at business level, both written and spoken Handson mentality and systematic, selforganized, able to prioritize way of working Good interpersonal liaising and communication skills with strong attitude to team work Fluency in standard office automation tools word processing, spreadsheets, email, Internet, etc. EU citizenship.
