Tasks and Responsibilities Control of AITwork in terms of traceability, cleanliness, metrology and calibration Surveillance of the correctness and completeness of hardware logbooks Surveillance of correct documentation of manufacturing, integration and tests in asrun procedures Executing and reporting on keyinspectionpoints for the definition of the hardware status Hardware inspections asbuilt status versus asdesigned status and workmanship Incoming and outgoing inspections Writing of nonconformance reports when the NC is found during inspection Assistance for AIT in the writing of nonconformance reports for NCs that occur during assembly, integration and test Integration and test release Surveillance of cleanliness and environmental conditions of the integration and fabrication facilities Witnessing of critical processes and test steps. India's GSAT-16 communications satellite launched successfully

According to ISRO, India's communication satellite, GSAT-16, has been successfully launched from Kourou, French Guiana. GSAT-16 is a geostationary communication satellite which will carry 24 C-band, 12 Ku-band and 12 Upper Extended C-band transponders.
