AAMA has released AAMA 2013/2014 Study of the U.S. Market for Windows, Doors and Skylights. According to study, total conventional housing starts in 2013 experienced considerable increase and are forecasted to grow 20% in 2014. Conventional residential window applications increased by 15.8% to 43.9 million units, compared to 37.9 million units in 2011.
