Export prices remained relatively unchanged on Pakistan's yarn market, with domestic producers and foreign buyers waiting for clearer market directions in coming weeks, our Pakistan Correspondent reports. Our monthly report includes a wide range of yarn export prices per count and destination, with statistical tables and historical charts covering the Karachi and Faisalabad markets. Yarn export data are also released in volume and value terms. Historical data back to 2005, 2006 or 2010, are available for download.

EU clothing imports did not experience a significant change in the level of their unit values in full last year. Unit prices declined for a series of origins in 2014, while rising for other countries. As usual, average prices may actually hide sharp differences when considering the different categories of products. Our series of comparison tables offer a comprehensive view of EU's clothing imports per HS 4-digit category with volume, value and unit price changes, while market shares are also calculated for each major supplying country. Pakistan passes 10 mln 3G subscribers milestone

(Telecompaper) Pakistan topped 10.3 million 3G mobile subscribers at 28 February, which represents an increase of 14 percent from the previous month, according to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). Pakistan operators added a total 1.2 million new 3G subscribers in February.
