Specific Tasks support the AOCS hardware sensorsactuators procurement in ESA satellite programmes as well as contribute to AOCS hardware and technology development and laboratory activities in the frame of RD contracts. provide technical support to ESA projects in design, development, and verification of AOCS for Earth Observation, Scientific, Navigation or Telecom projects, including participation to reviews and performing analysessimulations. Specific Competence Requirements o PhD or Msc Engineering from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent o At least 6 years of proven experience in the design, tuning, analysis and simulation of AOCS systems in different project phases. o HW knowledge sensors, computer, actuators. o AOCS AIT at subsystem and system level. o Proven knowledge of commercial modelbased design tools MATLAB. o Ability to interface with industry. o The candidate shall be able to operate in a team environment, and shall have good interpersonal, reporting and communication skills and a proactive attitude to solving problems.
