Additional information covering the tasks and full qualifications is available in an Annex document, this can be found by following the URL below Qualifications and Requirements Applicants required a University degree, Bachelor, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Communications, with at least 4 years of relevant experience Essential Experience in the field of controlling of resources and activities andor financeaccounting, at assistant level Adequate level of experience in the field of business administration, controlling of resources and activities, andor accounting at administrator level andor assistant level Experience in the field of business administration, controlling of resources and activities, or accounting at assistant level Good sense of organisation of work, rigor, accuracy and reliability in the execution of the assigned tasks Ability to handle high volume of numerical data in an accurate manner, analyse them, and produce synthetic reports Highly proficient in the use of resource management support toolsdatabases and MS office in particular advance usage of Excel Experience as user of SAP and in particular ECC and SRM modules Desirable Familiarity with budgeting, accounting Experience with ESA in relevant activities is an asset Familiarity with relevant ESA corporate applications e.g. esap is an asset If you believe you have the skills and experience for the above post then please submit your application via our eRecruitment website.
