000 ABNT20 KNHC 050500 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 AM EDT WED AUG 5 2015 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: Surface observations indicate that the area of low pressure over eastern North Carolina has continued to become less defined overnight. The associated thunderstorm activity is poorly organized and development of this system is not expected. However, this disturbance is forecast to produce winds to gale-force over portions of the western Atlantic overnight before it merges with a frontal system later today.
