000 ABNT20 KNHC 010521 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 AM EDT TUE SEP 1 2015 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently downgraded Tropical Storm Fred, located just north of the northwestern Cape Verde Islands. A tropical wave is forecast to move off of the west coast of Africa on Thursday several hundred miles southeast of the Cape Verde Islands.
