000 ABNT20 KNHC 050530 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 AM EDT SAT SEP 5 2015 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently upgraded Tropical Storm Fred, located more than a thousand miles southwest of the Azores. A tropical wave, accompanied by a large area of cloudiness and thunderstorms, is located a few hundred miles south of the Cape Verde Islands.
