000 ABNT20 KNHC 061128 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 800 AM EDT TUE OCT 6 2015 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Joaquin, located more than 400 miles north-northeast of Bermuda. A tropical wave located about 850 miles east of the Lesser Antilles is producing disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity. Upper-level winds are expected to remain unfavorable for tropical cyclone formation for the next few days, but they could become a little more conducive by the weekend.
