000 ABNT20 KNHC 172319 TWOAT TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 800 PM EDT MON OCT 17 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Nicole, located several hundred miles east-southeast of Cape Race, Newfoundland. A broad area of low pressure located near the southeastern Bahamas is producing a large area of cloudiness and disorganized thunderstorms over the western Atlantic between the Bahamas and Bermuda.
