000 ABNT20 KNHC 131725 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 PM EDT Sun Aug 13 2017 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Eight, located several hundred miles southwest of Bermuda. An area of disturbed weather located to the southeast of the Cabo Verde Islands is associated with a tropical wave. The wave is forecast to merge with a broad area of low pressure located southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands in a day or two. Environmental conditions are expected to become more conducive for development of this system later this week while it moves westward at about 15 mph over the tropical Atlantic. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 10 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent. && Public Advisories on Tropical Depression Eight are issued under WMO header WTNT33 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPAT3.
