000 ABNT20 KNHC 091104 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 AM EDT Tue Oct 9 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Michael, located over the southeastern Gulf of Mexico, on Tropical Storm Leslie, located over the central Atlantic Ocean, and on Tropical Depression Fifteen, located several hundred miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands.
