000 ABNT20 KNHC 101717 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 PM EDT Wed Oct 10 2018 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Michael, located near the coast of the Florida panhandle, on Hurricane Leslie, located over the central Atlantic Ocean, and on Tropical Storm Nadine, located over the eastern tropical Atlantic Ocean. An area of low pressure is expected to develop over the west-central Caribbean Sea in a day or two.
