000 ABNT20 KNHC 231105 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 AM EDT Mon Sep 23 2019 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Jerry, located a few hundred miles south-southwest of Bermuda, on Tropical Storm Karen, located over the eastern Caribbean Sea, and on Tropical Depression Thirteen, located a few hundred miles south-southeast of the southernmost Cabo Verde Islands. Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days. && Public Advisories on Tropical Depression Thirteen are issued under WMO header WTNT33 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPAT3.
