000 ABNT20 KNHC 102342 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Thu Oct 10 2019 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: A non-tropical low pressure system located off the northeastern and mid-Atlantic coasts of the United States is producing widespread showers, a few thunderstorms, and storm-force winds. The low is expected to continue meandering off the coast during the next couple of days, but environmental conditions are not expected to be conducive for significant subtropical or tropical development, particularly after upper-level winds increase over the weekend. Strong winds, coastal flooding, heavy rainfall, and rough surf are expected to continue affecting portions of the mid-Atlantic and northeastern United States coasts through Saturday.
