000 ABNT20 KNHC 160537 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 AM EDT Wed Oct 16 2019 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Fifteen, located near the northern Cabo Verde Islands. A trough of low pressure located over southern Mexico and the Bay of Campeche is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. The system is forecast to emerge over the Bay of Campeche later today and move slowly northward.
