000 ABNT20 KNHC 162319 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Tue Jun 16 2020 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: A non-tropical low pressure area located about 50 miles east of Wilmington, North Carolina is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms over portions of southeastern and eastern North Carolina, including the Outer Banks, as well as the adjacent Atlantic waters. The low has resumed a northward motion, and it is expected to move inland over North Carolina tonight. Environmental conditions are expected to remain unfavorable for significant development before the system moves inland. Regardless of development, heavy rainfall could occur over portions of northeastern South Carolina and southeastern and eastern North Carolina through Wednesday.
