000 ABNT20 KNHC 092326 TWOAT Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 800 PM EDT Fri Oct 9 2020 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Delta, centered just inland over southwestern Louisiana. A tropical wave located over the central tropical Atlantic continues to produce disorganized showers and a few thunderstorms. Environmental conditions could be conducive for some slow development of this system over the weekend or early next week while it moves westward at 15 to 20 mph.
