Cotton yarn prices have begun to decline in Bangladesh a few days before the country entered a nationwide lockdown, over the Covid-19 epidemic. Margins had improved at spinning mills which could now be confronted with a fall in demand and production. Our monthly report covers Bangladeshi yarn prices, including cotton carded, cotton organic, melange, carded slub, cotton-polyester 60/40, cotton-polyester 40/60, and open end.
