HE Space is a successful international space company. For over 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. With employees working right across Continental Europe, we are now looking to expand our presence in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic people person to make a real impact! Business Development Manager for the UK Key tasks and responsibilities HE Space is already working in the UK but we want to expand this presence. We are looking for an indyvidual with a passion for space, strong commercial skills and a genuine interest in people to make this happen. Are you that person? You will report directly to our CEO and be based within reasonable commuting distance of Harwell. You will be responsible for Building the HE Space brand in the UK Establishing and managing new customer relationships Preparing proposals to new customers Finding and selecting candidates for our customers in collaboration with our highly experienced recruitment team Organising and participating in interviews with customers and candidates Negotiating employment agreements with candidates Working closely with our team in the Netherlands to manage our UKbased employees Representing HE Space at conferences, public events, meetings, etc. Supporting corporate marketing and networking activities.
