Description Define and freeze the baseline configuration and then perform change control and monitor the configuration items Implement configuration control procedures in the project for hardware and software Implement documentation control procedures throughout the project and maintain the document structure under configuration control Analyze customer hardwaresoftware requirements for the project information system with respect to the company infrastructure Coordinate all activities necessary for implementing and maintaining the project information system.
