Vitrociset Belgium is looking for a candidate with the profile described below to deploy in ESTEC Please submit applications not later than 1432014 by EMAIL to Mr. Massimiliano Mazza, Head of Engineering services Satellite Operations M.Mazzavitrocisetbelgium.com cc. jobsvitrocisetbelgium.com Specific Tasks a Review of engineering documentation and ensure consistency at configuration level between ESA and Industry b Participate in Project Reviews by reviewing system engineering and configuration data, and coordinate the process for generation of discrepancies RIDs, final disposition by originators, closure and status tracking c Conduct engineering and documentation configuration audits and support hardware configuration inspections, the latter in coordination with the product assurance function d Act as secretary to Divisional Engineering and Verification Boards for processing of changes, deviations and waivers Coordinating the review of projects requirements closure, the verification control documents in coordination with the related interfaces with Industryies. Provide project action item lists and closure status e Provide supervision and maintenance of the documentation library and archives within existing databases f Coordinate with the appropriate engineering teams for updating the content of the configured baseline g Support Divisional ISO 9001 activities Specific Competence and Qualification Requirements Master degree in Engineering A sound and proven experience in Configuration Management in Space Companiesorganisations and ESA at least 4 years A sound knowledge of configuration modification control systems and processes Experience in space system engineering and engineering processes control A good knowledge of the HSO directorates programmes An indepth knowledge of the Industry and ESA configuration management related working procedures and tools, like ECLPSE and its predecessor, DMS, the RID system for project reviews and DOORS for requirements verification A good knowledge of the English language A high level of computer and database skills.
