2018-10-17 18:21:03| EmergingTextiles.com

Cotton prices have rebounded in the last week in New York, due to the negative impact of hurricane Michael in certain cotton areas whereas export sales have begun recovering. The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has also cut its forecast for global ending stocks. Cotton prices have sharply rebounded in Pakistan, also rising in India over the fall of the currencies in both countries. Our weekly cotton report covers the international futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index". Domestic cotton prices in China, India and Pakistan are also reviewed through a large number of tables and charts. All data are available for download.
