Cotton Prices on International and Domestic Markets (Weekly Report)

Cotton prices have rebounded in the last weeks, with New York returning above 65 cents last Friday, for the first time in more than three months. Demand is reportedly firm from spinners everywhere rushing for fine qualities. Over the long term, the rally could end, however, whereas cotton use is now threatened by its lack of sustainability. Our weekly cotton report covers the futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index".
