Cotton prices have declined on futures and physical markets in the past week, in line with a sharp drop in financial markets. The resurgence of the pandemic and the return back to lockdowns in Europe could depress further prices in the coming period. Our weekly cotton report covers the futures market in New York and China, and the physical indicator "A Index". Domestic cotton prices in China, India, Pakistan, and Brazil are reviewed through a large number of tables and charts. Organic and BCI cotton prices in India and Pakistan are also released. All data are available for download.
