Cotton yarn prices have continued to soar in the last week in India, over a rebound in demand from domestic and foreign markets. China's imports of Indian yarns have recovered in the summer and could rise further over the looming boycott of Xinjiang products. Our weekly review of Indian yarn prices covers the domestic and export markets, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester, and 100% viscose. Major yarn production centers are covered with Tirupur (Tamil Nadu), Bhiwandi (Maharashtra), and Ludhiana (Punjab).
