Cotton fiber and yarn prices resisted in the past week in India, whereas polyester staple fibers and spun polyester prices dropped in the meantime. Our weekly report covers fiber prices in India, including cotton, polyester, and viscose. Many yarn prices are also reviewed, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester, 100% viscose, and 100% acrylic. Organic and BCI cotton fiber and yarn prices are available. Major yarn production centers are covered with Tirupur (Tamil Nadu), Bhiwandi (Maharashtra), and Ludhiana (Punjab).
