Spun yarn prices clearly rose this week in India, over a rebound in demand from both domestic and export markets, our India Marketing Service reports. Our weekly report covers fiber prices in India, including cotton, polyester, and viscose. Many yarn prices are also reviewed, including carded and combed cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, 100% polyester, 100% viscose, and 100% acrylic. Organic and BCI cotton fiber and yarn prices are available. Major yarn production centers are covered with Tirupur (Tamil Nadu), Bhiwandi (Maharashtra), and Ludhiana (Punjab).
