RHEA provides support to our clients with consultancy research and the development of new services security capabilities. A Junior Graduate Engineer is required to support the UK business across all our space programmes such as space ports, space launch, PNT, Earth Observation, AI and Cyber programmes. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong work ethic, analytical skills and is comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic workplace. In your first year you will be cross trained into several different RHEA divisions giving you a broad range of experience. From this you will be developed into a flexible resource able to support a wide range of clients and technical areas. Later, you will be able to specialise into a specific area of Space Cyber Engineering and take your own RHEA career from there. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Supporting the delivery of highquality, competitive proposals in response to customer Invitations to Tender ITTs or Requests for Proposal RFP. Support in delivering a variety of highquality projects to valued clients. Raising and maintaining RHEA Groups reputation with its customers. Engage with colleagues to enable transfer of knowledge. Undertake training across required RHEA business units and functions. Effectively respond to ad hoc requests. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory BSc or above, in Engineering, Math, Physics or space related discipline, or applicable experience. Tenacity, fresh thinking and enthusiasm. Analytical Mind. Conscientious and keen to learn. Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills. Ability to demonstrate a great attention to detail. Clear and effective communication skills. Articulate, both verbally and in writing. Objective and logical with an enquiring and creative mind. Ability to work as part of a team. Resilience under pressure. Desire to learn. Competence in Microsoft Office packages IT literate. Previous relevant industry experience an advantage i.e. previous internship, work experience or placement. Eligibility for UK Government SC Clearance.
