Description of the job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Engineer within Airbus Cyber Security in Newport, South Wales. This role is available because of the expansion of the product support team and reports directly to Product Support Manager within Airbus Cyber Security. You will also visit customer sites with other members of the team to perform tasks such as investigating issues and installing upgrades. The role covers multiple cryptographic products and requires working closely with other departments such as the sales, marketing, development teams, each day will be different. We are looking for an entrylevelgraduate with 02 years of experience in an engineering role. You need to be keen and enthusiastic to learn, have good problem solving skills, and strong communication both verbal and written. Training will be provided to you. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Companys success, reputation and sustainable growth.
