Your Tasks Technical lead of a team of payload engineers, assigning tasks and priorities in coordination with the project needs To act as a main interface toward the customers for technical and programmatic aspects concerning the Payload Perform subsystems and systems architecture tradeoffs and performance analysis Interact directly with suppliers, reviewing unit level performance and interfaces for suitability and assess impacts to payload level performance, regular travel to supplier facilities Coordinate with the Payload System Engineers team and the Satellite AIT Manager for ensuring adequate preparation and execution of the full payload and satellite test campaign Coordinate within the project System areas Thermal, Mechanical, AIT, SW, Test Systems Experts EMC, etc. Perform and review of Payload tests on ground IFT,TVAC,CATR,FFT and in orbit Support the Systems Engineering Team in the standardisation and improvement processes Your Qualifications Degree in telecommunications, electronics, microwave, electrical, aerospace engineering or comparable qualifications Several years of professional experience in the space industry Professional experience in signal generation electronics HighLow power RF engineering, is an asset Excellent organizational, prioritizational, team and communicational skills Fluency in written and spoken German and English, other language skills are advantageous We offer A dynamic and motivated international team High degree of scope for creativity, independence and selfinitiative Flat hierarchies and a huge grade of flexibility Attractive benefits such as flexible work time, sport activities...
