In addition to having a University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, the key person shall have a demonstrated experience of spacecraft andor ground segment procurement. The key person shall have a goal oriented attitude with a good level of communication skills enabling working in a highly flexible integrated team. Furthermore, the key person shall have, as a prerequisite a demonstrated experience of five years in the following Mission Control Subsystem specifications development and or procurement within a space system In depth knowledge of SCOS 2000 based Monitoring and Control Subsystems The ECSS Packet Utilization Standard PUS TM TC Database design, implementation and testing SCOS 2000 based onboard software function AIV related activities test procedure generation, requirements verification and validation Eclipse RCP RAP Java, C and C UNIX operating system usage. It would be a distinct advantage for the key person to have experience with some of the following ECSS Space Engineering Standards, in particular those related to Mission Control IBM DOORS Operations Preparation Automation i.e. procedures activation and execution Spacecraft Simulator based on SIMSAT Ground segment monitoring control SCOS 2000 based Monitoring and Control Subsystems Maintenance GEO Spacecraft routine operations CVS Version Control software Configuration Control software e.g. Dimensions. The key person shall be able to conduct all activities in an orderly and disciplined manner, shall be able to work calmly and correctly under stress and must be able to work with the minimum of supervision. The working language for this position is English and therefore the Key person must be able to work effectively in this language.
