LSE Space is looking for an Engineer mf fulfilling the task of Mission Operations Preparation to support our customer GfR in Oberpfaffenhofen. The main tasks of the position will be Support GMS operations preparation and validation activities Support the preparation of GMS Operations Plan including the maintenance of the operational products Preparesupportexecute GMS related system operation validation activities SVTSCTCETE Preparesupportexecute software engineering activities Ensuresupport GMS databases preparation, coordination, synchronisation, verification Give support to training and sim campaign Support internalexternal servicesactivities Monitor performance services and trigger corrective actions Generate and maintain groundmission operations documentation Follow upsupport reviews and milestones Interface to the management and groundflightmission operations team Generate reports as required Take over mission operations positionsduties on call as requested Upon request of the MOM, act as deputy MOM e.g., during meetings or on special requests from GfRSPOESAetc. Required qualifications and work experience A Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering or in an equivalent discipline Experience in mission operations preparation and execution Additional skills required Systemminded and a team player Able to work in an interdisciplinary team Selfstarter, able to work independently with little or no supervision Fluent in English, both in speech and writing German language skills would be an asset Benefits A permanent employment contract.
