Polyester pipeline prices have dropped in the last week, after the previous surge in their material costs has depressed demand from textile producers in China and elsewhere. Our weekly report covers the polyester chain in Asia, including PX (paraxylene), PTA (purified terephthalic acid), MEG (mono ethylene glycol), polyester chips, and polyester staple and filament prices. PTA and MEG prices are available for import and domestic markets in China and India. All data are available for download.
