PTA prices have been supported by a series of maintenance operations due to end in the coming weeks. PTA margins fell in the meantime over higher PX prices. Our weekly report covers the polyester chain in Asia, including PX (paraxylene), PTA (purified terephthalic acid), MEG (mono ethylene glycol), polyester chips, and polyester staple and filament prices. PTA and MEG prices are available for import and domestic markets in China and India. All data are available for download.
