Polyester chain prices fell significantly in the last week in Asia over a drop in crude oil prices and material costs, whereas demand is far from rebounding. Our weekly report covers the polyester chain in Asia, including PX (paraxylene), PTA (purified terephthalic acid), MEG (mono ethylene glycol), polyester chips, and polyester staple and filament prices. PTA and MEG prices are available for import and domestic markets in China and India. All data are available for download.
