Polyester prices have continued sharply falling in the first days of the new year in China, as a consequence of a new decline of crude oil prices. Our weekly report covers the Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) and Polyester Filament Yarn (PFY) prices on the domestic market, including a price comparison with cotton and viscose. The gross margin of polyester spun yarn producers is also released.
