We are currently looking for a Product Assurance Manger to support our customer in Germany. Product Assurance Manager EDRS is a satellite based communication system for the relay of high speed Earth Observation data received. Our Customer is the prime contractor and responsible for the management and implementation of the program and the subsequent operation of the satellite and the ground infrastructure to provide the data relay services to the customer. Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the core project EDRS team and responsible for the implementation of all product assurance requirements in the EDRS Ground Segment, you will have the following responsibilities PA plan and assurance of all PA activities in cooperation with all other functions Generate and approve PA documents Manage the supplier interface in respect to the PA aspects, incl. acceptance reviews and NCR Management Report about the PA elements to the PA Manager of the EDRS Programme Prepare the operations phase concerning PA topics Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline Several years work experience as PA Manager Previous Experience with ESA and ESA Standards e.g. ECSS Previous Experience with ESA NCTS and ESA RID tool Ability to cooperate with complex challenges in a matrix organisation Ability to understand the challenges of the EDRS programme beyond the scope of the own work and take this challenge into account in the execution of the own work Ability to operate in a multinational team organisation Work style characterised by autonomy, initiative and cooperation Good communication and interpersonal skills and social competences Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of German language is an advantage.
