For Astrium in Friedrichshafen within the area Quality Processes Germany for the department Product Assurance Management Friedrichshafen we are looking for a Product Assurance Manager mf. The objective is to ensure the required product Quality by Proper integration of the Product Assurance PA disciplines Integration of PA with all management and engineering activities. A Product Assurance Programme is implemented throughout all project phases, in such a way as To ensure that project and PA organisation are well defined before development and implemented at each level, To ensure that the applicable standards are customised appropriately, To ensure that aspects are identified which could affect or have major impacts on safety and mission success To ensure that adverse situations are prevented by the early detection, elimination or containment of problems To ensure that risks are assessed and controlled, To provide the visibility of the Quality status of the product, To ensure that the end product conforms to its specifications Generic PA Manager Tasks Autonomous managing PA tasks WPs, gate reviews, MIPs, KIPs, PA documentation, etc. Coordinate PA support disciplines MP, AIT, EEE, RAMS und SW QA etc Monitor subcontractor quality acc project requirements, perform subcoaudits if necessary Ensure that alerts and warningnotes are checked Provide monthly quality report, ensure adhoc information to quality managment in case of new major NCRs Manage NCRS w.r.t. root cause analysis, mitigation actions, NRB management, closeout 1st, 2nd and 3rd level Maintain good interface to related customer QA representatives Ensure that product liability requirements are met Ensure the implementation of ENS PA operations guideline We are looking for candidates with the following skills Degree in or equivalent Experience in space system integration and ECSS Product Assurance required Confirmed experience in Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality English and German fluent negotiation level TO APPLY click here
