Product Manager mfd Germany Munich Unterfhring Key Role Purpose Developing solutions and implementing requirements to support the growth of MX1SES products worldwide. Responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting and tailoring our solutions to all the markets where MX1 does business. Main Responsibilities Drive the product and businessplanning process across crossfunctional teams of the company Manage product lifecycles from concept inception to release endtoend lifecycle management Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships, interact with clients and business partners Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are successfully achieved Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate gotomarket plans Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final product development Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, highlevel use cases, technical requirements, revenue and ROI Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans Collaborate closely with all relevant internal external partners Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates MX1SES and its features across primary market segments Requirements BABS in Business Administration or similar, or equivalent practical experience 3 years of product management or related experience in a nonmanagerial role Experience with managing products using various desktop and mobile app frameworks Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UXUI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing understanding of gotomarket commerce enablers e.g. payments, loyalty, subscriptions, etc. Personal Skills Possess outstanding creativity, a highly detailed nature and the ability to help define and solve complex user interface problems An outgoing personality and ability to interact excellently with clients and staff Strong affinity for the digital lifestyle and zealous drive to make interactive technology better for real people Clearly, concisely and quickly writing detailed product requirements docs, product presentations, demos and product descriptions Possess problemsolving skills, an investigative mentality and a proactive nature Personal Organization multitask and meet tight deadlines and within budget Highly organized to be an excellent Information Architect Excellent proactive attitude, takecharge personality and cando demeanor Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills in English other languages an advantage Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fastpaced environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends Excellent problemsolving, organizational and analytical skills Whats in it for you?
