We are currently looking for a Project Control Assistant to support our customer in the Netherlands. Project Control Assistant Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the ARTES programme at ESAESTEC, you will have the following responsibilities ESAP tasks Support to the Project Control of ARTES Programme Creation of fund reservations for all activities and CCNs Initiation of the shopping carts for the activities and CCNs Initiation of tender evaluation board TEB nominations and RFxs Creation of draft purchase orders Update and submit for approval of purchase orders once the shopping carts have been approved Other related tasks Follow up to ensure outline proposals are processed properly Monitoring progress and follow up with technical officers for the timely delivery of the draft Statement of Work Checking TEB nomination composition proposals against the TEB manual rules Informing contracts officers of approved TEB nominations, RFxs and assigned ITT no. and of shopping carts Registering and uploading documents to Eclipse document management system Keeping the ARTES 345 Procurement workflow file uptodate Support the generation and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in business administration or equivalent Practical knowledge and experience of ESA procurement process and system Several years handson experience providing administrative support to ESA projects Experience and handson knowledge of MS Office, ESAP, Eclipse document management software and other ESA corporate tools Excellent communication and organisational skills with good attention to detail Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
