The candidate will be assigned to the Teledetection section, and will be responsible for the Ground Segment within Deimos 2 Earth Observation mission. The main tasks of the post will consist in Check, maintenance and configuration tasks related to Ground Segment Monitoring communications state Clients and suppliers contact Contributing to project design reviews establishing design standards, including specifications and guidelines Technical requirements Knowledge of radio communications satellites Bands S , X , Ka Knowledge and or experience in the installation of satellite tracking stations ground Knowledge of digital modulation BPSK , QPSK , QAM Knowledge of communication protocols with satellite CCSDS Standard Become familiar with laboratory instrumentation oscilloscope , spectrum analyzer , power ... Qualifications University degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications Engineering Professional Experience At least, 3 years if professional experience in RFCommunications Language and personal skills Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages can be an asset. Applicants should have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment and have to accomplish solutions in line with team objectives. They should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude to solving problems and an interest for innovative technologies.
