Position Reference 044 You will have the opportunity to provide support in the implementation of the H2020 Coordination and Support Action CSA and in coordinating the network of users. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include H2020 Coordination and Support Action ENTRUSTED project Technical support, in terms of preparation, review and follow up of project deliverables Review of project deliverables prepared by the consortiums partners and follow up until consolidation Milestones follow up and Acceptance review Operational and administrative actions follow up Ensure coordination with the ENTRUSTED Work Package leaders Support the reporting to the European Commission Memorandum of meetings and presentations. Coordination of the Network of Users Support operational interface with the nominated representative of users Member States, EU Agencies and other institutions as required Support the setup, maintenance and chairing of the ENTRUSTED Steering Committee Other support with respect to the CSA and the interface with the European Commission Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. You have security experience within the aerospace domain. You possess the ISO27001 certificate. You are organised, dynamic and proactive with good communication and diplomatic skills. You are fluent in English C1 level. The following skills would be highly desirable Satcom experience H2020 coordination experience Project management certificate PMP, Prince2 Security clearance EU Secret will be necessary but is not mandatory to start the activities.
