A vacancy for a Satellite Coordination and Sales Support Manager mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Toulouse. The successful applicant will join the Satellite Sales support and Innovation team within the Marketing and Sales directorate. Reporting directly to the Head of Space Systems Regulatory Affairs, you will be in charge of providing regulatory support to telecom satellites Sales campaigns, Bids Tenders and New projects. Depending on your profileexpectations, you might be involved in the Regulatory Affairs and Spectrum Management part. The position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities. In this context you will be involved in the following activities Analysing customers orbital assets ITU filings and issuing recommendations to Bid teams, Supporting commercial forces and developing innovative approaches for the best positioning of the companys Bids and Tenders, Handling ITU processes for Airbus filings in the planned and unplanned bands, from filing submissions to notifying the ITUBR, Running interference and sharingcompatibility analysis with neighbouring satellite systems and participate in the negotiation of coordination agreements with neighbouring satellite in line with the companys and its customers interests, Organising and running training sessions for Space Systems teams in the areas of design, system engineering, new systems, sales business development marketing, etc., Being the regulatory reference for Space Systems Bids Tenders and ensuring their compliance with international regulations, This role will involve some travel for business, typically one day to one week, once every two months including abroad and you must be able to travel accordingly. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Engineering qualification or equivalent 5year degree specialising in satellite communications andor telecommunications, 3 years of experience in Satellite coordination with expertise in satellite link budgets, system simulation and associated tools, Customeroriented, wellorganised, determined to succeed and at ease in international working groups and negotiations, Communicative team player with the ability to work autonomously, take the initiative and work within multinational teams, Negotiation level of English French would be a plus.
